Are The Real McCoy fighter jackets really worth the price tag?

Hi all. I joined today to ask a few questions. I bought a B6 McCoy jacket. Was told this company is the best in the industry. So, the B6 is a good fit however the arms are a bit restrictive. Is this normal? Does it need breaking into? Also, the lacquer coating - this will eventually crack or even peel, so it isnt really a life time jacket is it?
